BLACKPINK
These terms govern accounts, permanent digital cosmetics and BLINK+ memberships sold by REACTIVE TECH SOLUTIONS.

The price and benefits displayed in the Shop when you order form part of your contract.
Company
The seller is REACTIVE TECH SOLUTIONS, a French SASU at 15 B Rue Albert Lebrun, 54000 Nancy, France. Ordering means accepting these terms and the community rules.
One-time purchase
Each cosmetic costs €1.95 including VAT. After payment confirmation, it is linked to the account and becomes equippable in the profile. It cannot be resold, transferred or exchanged for money.
Monthly
Boost costs €2.95 including VAT per month and multiplies eligible XP and Sparks by 2. Ultra costs €4.95 and multiplies them by 3. Each plan includes its title and emblem.
Free alternative
A permanent cosmetic can be unlocked for 12,000 Sparks. Boost can be activated for 25,000 Sparks and Ultra for 40,000 Sparks for a fixed 30-day period with no automatic renewal. The same entitlement cannot be purchased twice or simultaneously through Stripe.
EPIC or better
After the first successful subscription payment, one active, previously unowned EPIC, LEGENDARY or SPECIAL card is randomly granted. If none is available, delivery remains incomplete and processing retries.
Multiplier
The bonus covers progression rewards from quizzes, Blinkverse, bingo, polls, encyclopedia, publishing, Season Pass, daily spin, karaoke and activities marked eligible. It never multiplies purchases, spending, auctions or member-to-member sale proceeds.
Stripe Checkout
Stripe hosts payment. The site grants access only after validating a signed Stripe event. Duplicate grants are blocked and the confirmation page can retry delayed verification.
Digital
Before payment, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge losing the withdrawal right when access begins where permitted by law. Statutory conformity and consumer rights remain applicable.
Security
A canceled, refunded, disputed or fraudulent payment may suspend or revoke its benefit. A permanent cosmetic is restored if a banking dispute closes in the customer’s favor.
Community
Keep your account secure. Harassment, impersonation, spam, doxxing, illegal content and bug exploitation are prohibited. Fraudulent progression may be corrected.
Online service
Maintenance, correction or balancing may occur. An animation may evolve without removing the nature of a purchased benefit. Statutory protections apply if the service permanently closes.
France
French law applies without removing mandatory protection in a consumer’s country. For any complaint, contact support first so that we can seek an amicable solution.
For payment, cancellation, refund or access questions, provide your account email and Stripe identifier, never banking details.
