ROSÉ Takes the LACMA Stage—Will New Music Follow?

ROSÉ has a confirmed stage this Saturday—and one unanswered question is getting BLINKs talking: what will she sing?

LACMA has officially announced the BLACKPINK star as the musical guest for its 2026 Art+Film Gala on November 7 in Los Angeles. However, speculation about a brand-new track goes beyond what the museum has announced.

The Performance Is Official. The Setlist Isn’t.

The museum’s announcement identifies ROSÉ as the evening’s performer but names no songs. It does not promise an unreleased single, a surprise collaboration or a new-album reveal.

Fan discussions have raised the possibility of new music. For now, that remains anticipation rather than an announcement.

The distinction matters: an upcoming performance gives BLINKs something real to look forward to, without turning a possible surprise into a promise.

Why This Stage Matters

Co-chaired by Eva Chow and Leonardo DiCaprio, the Gucci-presented gala will honor artist Vija Celmins and filmmaker Denis Villeneuve. Proceeds support LACMA’s film programming and wider museum activities.

That setting creates an intriguing question for ROSÉ’s performance: which side of her musical personality will she bring into a room celebrating art and cinema?

A familiar favorite, a different arrangement or something unexpected could each make the evening memorable. None has been confirmed.

Save November 7 for the performance. Keep the brand-new-song theory on the wishlist. 🌹
